OUR PRODUCTS
A refrigerated air dryer is a type of compressed air dryer that removes moisture from compressed air by lowering its temperature. It utilizes a refrigeration system to cool the compressed air, causing the moisture to condense and separate from the air stream. Refrigerated air dryers are widely used in various industries to provide clean and dry compressed air for applications that require moisture-free air.
OUR PRODUCTS
Refrigerated air dryers are designed to achieve a specific dew point, which indicates the temperature at which moisture begins to condense. The dew point of a refrigerated air dryer is typically between 2°C and 10°C (36°F and 50°F). Lower dew points indicate drier air.
Refrigerated air dryers have a specified pressure rating that indicates the maximum pressure they can handle without compromising performance or safety. Common pressure ratings for refrigerated air dryers range from 100 psi (pounds per square inch) to 250 psi.
